We've released Tomlrb v2.0.0. Now it conforms to TOML spec v1.0.0-rc3.
I appreciate @fbernie, Tomlrb's author, gave me a commit access to source code. I lile Tomlrb because it uses StringScanner as a scanner(lexer), Racc as a parser generator and runtime. Both are Ruby's standard bundled library, which means Tomlrb is not dependent on external libraries. Thank you.
